Dear Exhibitor –
It’s time for the 3rd Annual Raystown Lake Region Home & Garden Show. This year’s show is scheduled for March 14, 15 & 16, 2008. The 2008 show will be held in a new location at the Peebles Plaza on Route 22.
Show times are Friday 2 pm to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday Noon to 5 pm. See contract for set up and tear down times.
Here’s your guide on securing your booth space
To secure a spot for the 2008 Home & Garden Show, you must return the Contract, Show Terms & Conditions Sheet, a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, and a minimum of 50% of your total contract amount as a down payment. You will be assigned a spot by Show Management and be notified at least a week prior to show. Please check the websites for updates on space layout.
Important Deadlines
February 28, 2008 All exhibitors must have contract to the Chamber of Commerce.
Special Needs
Tables & Chairs will be available to each vendor at a cost of $10 per set (each set includes 2 chairs and 1 table). We will be renting these items from Best Event Rentals to ensure quality items.
Extra Electrical – each booth has access to one (1) 15 amp outlet. If your booth requires more electric than is provided, please make note on your contract. You will be charged $50.
Skirting will be available for each table at a cost of $20 per skirt. Please mark your contract if you will need skirting for your table.
If you need to be placed on an inside wall, please make sure to mark the box on the contract. Management is not responsible for placing you along a wall if you do not check the box. If you need a booth located outside of the building, please note that on your contract as well.
